  5.   Alt or Space ....SaladShooter
  6.   Ctrl or Up...............Jump
  7.   Right arrow........Move right
  8.   Left arrow..........Move left

  10.   PgDn................Look down
  11.   S................Sound toggle

  13. You can redefine the keyboard 
  14. from the "Options" "Keyboard" 
  15. menu.

  17. Joystick:
  18.    Button 1........Jump
  19.    Button 2........SaladShooter
  20.  
  21. To use the Joystick you must 
  22. first go to the menu and choose
  23. "Options" "Joystick" 
  24.  
  25. If you do NOT have a Joystick 
  26. and you tell the program to use 
  27. one, the program will slow to a 
  28. crawl. If this happens go back 
  29. into the Joystick menu and 
  30. answer "No".

  32. MAIL:
  33.  
  34.   You will see pieces of paper 
  35. fluttering in the breeze.  This 
  36. is your mail and you can read it 
  37. by touching the paper. 
  38.  
  39. Do not accidently shoot your 
  40. mail! 
  41.  
  42.   Mail machines deliver your 
  43. mail. Do not accidently shoot 
  44. them or you will not see your 
  45. messages. 
  46.  
  47.   Beware, though, the Aliens 
  48. have flying machines about the 
  49. same size as the mail machines.  
  50. Don't let the Alien machines 
  51. touch you!

  53. HEALTH:
  54.  
  55.   Eat carrots to increase your 
  56. health and resist the Alien's 
  57. touch. 
  58.  
  59. SaladShooters (R)
  60.  
  61.   Collect SaladShooters to help 
  62. you toss vegetables at the 
  63. Aliens.  Aliens faint at the 
  64. touch of vegetables! Your job is 
  65. to collect all the Salad-
  66. Shooters so that you and your 
  67. fellow Arcadians can fight off 
  68. the Alien invasion.

  70. DEMO:

  72.    This is a demo of the Pickle 
  73. Wars Game. Since it is so short 
  74. there is no way to save your 
  75. score.  In the full game you 
  76. will be able to save your 
  77. progress.
